About Ciera

Ciera entered into wilderness therapy 10 years ago which changed the trajectory of her life. She went from single mother with 2 kids who struggled with mental health, chronic postpartum, alcoholism, and addiction; to now, a thriving, balanced mother of 5 daughters, happily married, running her own successful business as a massage therapist and kinesiology instructor. Her strong desire to find the truth within every facet of life has been the driving force in the development and refining of her work, as well as the structure of her and her husband's non profit, The Seed Within (click on "The Vision" for more details) .

Within her services, she dives into teachings about the mind body connection, emotional re patterning, and anything that seeks to approach healing as a whole body experience in order to gain an all encompassing perspective on how to truly attain and maintain balance. Her ultimate goal is to transform her community, shift limited perspectives that keep us from expanding into more, and to regenerate the soil in her beautiful county in Illinois, so that there is a vast and diverse ecosystem for our citizens to escape to and heal. Once this is organized and structured she will branch out to help other communities do the same.
